Developer Pritam
Singh has asked that a message be placed on the Duck Key
Online Website asking everyone that has issues with the
sewage agreement, either pro or con, to contact him
directly at PSinghKW@Earthlink.com.
He indicated he feels that communication from all levels
is extremely important if we are to come to some common
ground.
The proposed
agreement below posted on February 28 continues to evolve
and if any adverse issues can be addressed, this is the
time to do so. When the revised agreement becomes
available, it will posted on this site.
