Vacation and employee
units located off streets owned by Hawk's Cay do not
have to meet County setback requirements, but in the
case of units located on Greenbriar Drive which is a
county road housing was supposed to meet the right of
way and setback requirements. Apparently Building
Department Personnel didn't realized the mistake until
it was too late. Not according to Code

The County made
an error when it approved the placement of employee
housing units on the resort side of Greenbriar Drive.
Units located on Greenbriar Drive did not meet setback
requirements according to County code.
Villa
units located on Simian Way shown in the above image
did not have to meet setback rerquirements.
