Singh Realty

Singh Realty still is in the realty business, but no longer has representation on resort property. Back in the year 2000 around the time Pritim Singh began building Hawks Cay Village Singh negotiated lobby office space in the hotel and gained ownership of a number of small sign parcels in the master plan. Ownership of the sign parcels provided areas for Singh to place realty signs.

When the new owners, Behringer and the Northview Hotel Group, took control of the resort in February 2007 county records show they purchased 4 of the sign parcels from Singh Realty together with a cottage sized villa.
