Audubon in the Florida
Keys
website - This website is an outgrowth of a talk planned
for the Ladies' Luncheon group of Club Duck Key. The
presentation never occurred because of unforeseen events,
but the preparation for the talk served as the nucleus
for a entire website which can be found at
http://www.floridakeysbest.com/audubon/index.htm
.
You'll find information on James Audubon's travels to
Indian Key, Sandy Key, Key West and the Tortugas together
with thirty Audubon prints of birds he observed and some
of Audubon's written account about each.
