3. Waterfront Units - Duck Key Botels

The Duck Key botels or yachtels - each had two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a living room fully furnished with air conditioning and TV. The botels, come equipped with dinnerware and cooking utensils. They are canal front and there is boat dockage available.

This Duck Key lodging is located on the commercially zoned portion od Duck Key and is available for short term rentals, unlike rental lodging on the residential parts of Duck Key.

5. More Residential Homes Rentals

Twenty or more homes on the residential islands are usually available for rent at any given time. Homes must be rented for a minimum of 28 days by Monroe County Code. Short term rentals, weekly rentals and rentals less than 28 days are not legal in unincorporated Monroe County. Short term rentals are legal in Marathon, Grassy Key and Key Colony. 6. Condo units

Upon entering the island of Duck Key on the left are 12 condominium units, several of which are available for rent. The units have one bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining and living area, and face the water and the Hawk's Cay Marina. Units rent from between $90 to $125 a night, $700/week or $2,100/ month
